You are responsible for ensuring that your laboratory order is valid, complete, and obtained from a licensed healthcare provider. The Right Medical Solution collects specimens based on the orders provided. It is your responsibility to confirm that all necessary tests have been ordered and that the requisition forms are properly completed.
Insurance Verification
The Right Medical Solution may not verify your insurance coverage prior to service. It is your responsibility as the client to confirm your insurance benefits, coverage, and any out-of-pocket costs for the laboratory tests being performed. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify coverage before your appointment to avoid unexpected charges.
Results Processing
All specimens collected by The Right Medical Solution are processed by certified laboratories that meet applicable regulatory standards. While we ensure proper collection and handling of your specimens, the interpretation of results and any subsequent medical decisions remain the responsibility of you and your licensed healthcare provider. We provide results as received from the laboratory but do not interpret or provide medical guidance based on those results.
