Plenty of times the doctor will order labs and when you receive the results, you may be confused as to what the results mean. Well, you won't be confused any longer. Our Medical Director Dr. Tiffany Major, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is available virtually to talk with you and explain your results in detail.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment at 904-802-9002. Email notifications will not be accepted. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no call, no show appointments will be charged an inconvenience fee of $35.
