Service Description

Safe, secure and highly monitored drug and alcohol screening available for any employer whether on a local, state or federal level. Random collections are accepted as well. Set an appointment or walk in. A mask must be worn. Only walk in with your DOT screening form, method of payment (if applies) and keys. Everything else must be kept in the car including purses, wallets and other bags. Only the patient is allowed in the facility. Non-patient visitors will not be allowed to enter the premises.
