Service Description
Covid-19 Vaccine is a muscular shot normally in the deltoid. Please wear a mask when receiving services. Results within 24-48 hours. All results will be sent via email and text. As with all vaccines, mild symptoms may occur that will go away within a few days. Please call 911 if you experience shortness of breath, chest pain or other life threatening symptoms.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment at 904-802-9002. Email notifications will not be accepted. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no call, no show appointments will be charged an inconvenience fee of $35.
